- To foster development of science, all published articles are distributed as open access publications and thus may be used for academic, educational, cognitive and other non-commercial use when the source is mentioned.
- Any form of charging for access for content of the Journal or limiting access to then is prohibited.
- It is the Author’s responsibility to obtain written permission for publication of materials, protected by copyrights owned by a third party.
- Any signs of academic dishonesty (as plagiarism) will be documented and made public (including informing proper institutions).
- Sending a manuscript to our Journal means acceptation for publication on the basis defined as above.
- Copyright for all articles published in "Władza Sądzenia/Power of Judgement" is retained by the Author(s).
The authors grant the journal a non-exclusive licence to publish the article and to identify itself as the original publisher.
All articles are made available in open access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
This licence permits users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, and to adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the source, and that any derivative works are distributed under the same licence.
The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright.
